Pacific Construction, LLC ("Pacific," "we," "us") performs underground utility construction, including water service line investigation and replacement, under contract with municipalities, water utilities, and other owners in New Jersey. This policy explains what information we collect from residents and property owners in connection with that work, how we use it, and your choices.
INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Contact and property information: name, property address, telephone number, and email address, provided by you through our right-of-entry forms, by telephone, in person, or supplied to us by the municipality or utility that engaged us.
Call records: when you call our toll-free line, we receive your telephone number, the date and time of the call, and a voicemail recording and automated transcription of any message you leave.
Text messages: the content, date, and time of text messages you send to or receive from us.
Work records: photographs, inspection findings, and service line materials recorded at your property as required by the applicable project contract.
HOW WE USE IT
To respond to your calls and inspection requests and to tell you who will contact you.
To schedule and confirm inspections, service line replacements, and property restoration, and to send reminders and completion notices.
To keep the project records the municipality, its engineer, and the water utility require of us.
We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising.
TEXT MESSAGING
If you provide a mobile number and agree to receive text messages, we may text you to acknowledge a call, confirm or remind you of scheduled work, and notify you when work at your property is complete. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or HELP for assistance. See our SMS Terms page for full details.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
WHO WE SHARE IT WITH
We share project information only as the work requires: with the municipality or utility that engaged us and its engineer, with service providers that run our phone, text, and data systems on our behalf, and where the law requires it. These providers may process your information only to provide their services to us.
RETENTION AND SECURITY
We keep records for as long as the project contract and applicable law require, and we take reasonable measures to protect them from unauthorized access.
YOUR CHOICES
You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. You may ask what information we hold about your property, or ask us to correct it, by contacting us below.

Mensajes de texto: el contenido, fecha y hora de los mensajes que enva o recibe de nosotros.
Registros del trabajo: fotografas, resultados de inspeccin y materiales de la lnea de servicio registrados en su propiedad segn exige el contrato.
CMO LA USAMOS
Para responder a sus llamadas y solicitudes de inspeccin e indicarle quin se comunicar con usted.
Para programar y confirmar inspecciones, reemplazos de lneas y restauracin de la propiedad, y enviar recordatorios y avisos de finalizacin.
Para mantener los registros del proyecto que exigen el municipio, su ingeniero y la empresa de agua.
No vendemos su informacin ni la usamos para publicidad.
MENSAJES DE TEXTO
Si proporciona un nmero de celular y acepta recibir mensajes de texto, podemos enviarle textos para confirmar que recibimos su llamada, confirmar o recordar trabajos programados, y avisarle cuando el trabajo en su propiedad est terminado. La frecuencia de los mensajes vara. Pueden aplicarse tarifas de mensajes y datos. Responda STOP en cualquier momento para dejar de recibir textos, o HELP para obtener ayuda. La informacin de celulares no se compartir con terceros ni afiliados con fines de mercadeo o promocin.
CON QUIN LA COMPARTIMOS
Compartimos la informacin del proyecto solo segn lo requiera el trabajo: con el municipio o la empresa de agua que nos contrat y su ingeniero, con los proveedores que operan nuestros sistemas de telfono, texto y datos, y cuando la ley lo exija.
CONSERVACIN Y SEGURIDAD
Conservamos los registros durante el tiempo que exigen el contrato y la ley aplicable, y tomamos medidas razonables para protegerlos.
SUS OPCIONES
Puede dejar de recibir mensajes de texto en cualquier momento respondiendo STOP. Puede preguntar qu informacin tenemos sobre su propiedad, o pedir que la corrijamos, contactndonos.
